These test prints on Arches and BFK were intended to troubleshoot the oil halo that appeared on previous prints. Since these test prints, I have decided that I will be printing on newsprint instead of high-quality print paper because I would like for these prints to be able to be displayed in any location and not be confined to the school halls or any other art institute. I think that even if the oil halo does appear it won't be a serious problem because I am not trying to achieve fine prints.
