My next statement to be printed over the self-portrait is NOT YOUR HALF COCO BEAUTY. I have encountered people who insist on calling me mocha, or coco, or caramel because of the colour of my skin. I find these terms dehumanizing and objectifying when used to describe and address me. I have made these words larger than those from the I AM NOT A PETTING ZOO print because I would like the words to obscure the portrait more.
